“I found both Emily and Linsey to be wonderful to work with.  They spent a lot of time just listening to me and counseling me and truly made me feel special.  They never made me feel bad about not meeting a goal and taught me that changes in nutrition and exercise are not things that I could change overnight but a lifetime process.  I would highly recommend this program!”
